John 4:10

If thou knewest the gift of God, 

and who it is that saith to thee,

thou wouldest have asked of him, 

and he would have given thee living water.

I was once a very thirsty person.

Always thirsting for knowledge.

Always searching for truth.

That thirst was finally quenched, when GOD made me born again.

It started out strangely that day.

Where it seemed to be a fruitless day, everything finally came to fruition.

The HOLY SPIRIT of GOD led me to two Bible prophecy videos which started the ball rolling.

The knowledge that this is a very disturbed world.

A world waiting for correction.

That we are all steeped in sin.

That, only by GOD's GRACE, are we still standing here.

That JESUS is our only HOPE.

That He is our only TRUTH.

That LIFE springs from Him.

That He is the ONLY WAY back to GOD.

Many things the HOLY SPIRIT taught me.

Every moment of the day, for nearly 33 months, straight.

It's all on my blogs, and books.

The BIBLE has so many treasures.

Apostle John said something significant:

John 21:25

25 And there are also many other things 

which Jesus did, 

the which, 

if they should be written every one, 

I suppose that even the world itself 

could not contain the books that should be written. 

Amen.

Now that GOD led me to the Bible, I am happy, peaceful, grateful, content, blessed.

For the Bible holds GOD's TRUTH.

The search is over.

I've found truth, through Scripture.

The Holy Spirit teaches me each day.

He makes Scripture easy to understand.

Especially if you have a childlike heart.

A very eager, teachable, open heart.

With no sense of pride, or ego.

With no sense of entitlement.

Just meekness, at how little we understand GOD's WAYS.

But through the Bible, we can begin to.

Living by the Bible has become my main focus now.

It tells me everything I need to be, think, say, and do.

To be acceptable in the eyes of GOD.

There is no desire to be accepted by the world.

There is only a desire that all listen to the WORD of GOD.

Before it becomes too late.

GOD did not forget me.

He knew I searched for Him.

All my life.

He knew, I wouldn't stop, till I did.

And He was just there, watching my goings-on.

Knowing how very thirsty I was.

Knowing only through Him, could I find nourishment.

I thirst no more.

John 4:14

that I shall give him shall never thirst; 

but the water that I shall give him 

shall be in him a well of water 

springing up into everlasting life.

About the invaluable WORD of GOD.

THANK YOU for being with me TWO years now.

That's 24 months, give or take 720 days, of non-stop writing, and sharing God's WORD with you.

Today marks my SECOND YEAR as born again.

SPIRIT and I have been writing non-stop since 2019.

A remarkable feat, only possible through the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD.

It's been quite a journey.

A marvelous, exciting journey.

Sanctioned by God.

A result of prayers.

Waiting for the LORD JESUS, to gift me with His Spirit.

So I can understand Scripture precisely.

And that each article written, is of value to Him, and to you.

And that self does not predominate.

It must be from GOD, alone.

SCRIPTURE was scanned, scoured, and shared.

With GREAT delight, for GOD's WORD has infinite treasures.

I will need several lifetimes to share with you.

But since the LORD gave me only one life on earth, and a future life with Him, I continue to be diligent.

2 Timothy 2:15

For His WORD must be shared.

That of being childlike.

SPIRIT taught me how to study, what to study, which verses to use, what theme, and tone, to use.

He let me develop the articles, based on the subject He wanted written.

Precisely choosing the verses for impact.

He even guided me when to share it, with whom, and He delivered it to you.

To whichever heart the LORD JESUS needed to touch.

So, if you're reading this right now, JESUS WANTS YOU to be HIS.

I am grateful you're here.

Hoping you know it's SPIRIT behind all that.

It's the only way to get Scripture right.

The LORD sends His SPIRIT to ensure the task is according to His Will.

SPIRIT and I work non-stop for God, and for you, because JESUS led me to a VERY URGENT matter.

It is the most immediate thing we all need to look into.

For the salvation of our souls.

Thus, every article, every blog, had reminders of it.

When you're born again, you will know, and understand.

For SPIRIT will make sure you grasp its importance.

The LORD can have us meet Him up in the air ANY MOMENT.

Would you be ready?

My writings prepare us all.

It was what I was tasked to do.

SPIRIT led me to it.

For we cannot bear one would be left.

You've been given that INVITATION from CHRIST.

Have you accepted it?

He doesn't need an RSVP.

Just SHOW UP.

And start paying attention to HIS WORD.

All the while, BELIEVING in the SON of GOD, who gave up His life for us.

And may the LORD continue to SHINE HIS GLORIOUS LIGHT upon you, and all who matter to you.

Ideally, we all matter to each other.

Just as the LORD JESUS had done.

The Experience of Being BORN AGAIN

 

All knowledge of the world

became of no consequence,

the moment JESUS alighted upon my soul.

Now, He is ALL I care to know.

How will your life change, once GOD makes you born again?

You will be changed forever.

Radically.

Here's what to expect from being born again:

1. You will hunger and thirst for the WORD of GOD.

2. You will want to know everything about JESUS.

3. You will tailor your life and work on His WORD.

4. The ways of the world won't interest you anymore.

5. You will want to get right with GOD.

Are you prepared for such a change?

You will become a new person in CHRIST.

2 Corinthians 5:17

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, 

he is a new creature: 

old things are passed away; 

behold, 

all things are become new.

Finally, you will see the world for what it really is.

You will become aware of who runs the world.

The world will cease to fascinate you.

Instead, you will be focused on JESUS alone.

You will be guided by the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD.

So you may know who JESUS is.

All things will be made clear.

Depending on your heart's desire to know things of the LORD.

You will want to obey His commandments.

You will want to be aware of your sins.

You will repent of your sins.

You will do all you can, so you won't sin anymore.

You will realize how GREAT Jesus' sacrifice was.

He gave up His life, so we may be saved.

But don't let me tell you.

Experience it for yourself.

Call upon the LORD now.

Especially if things don't make sense in the world.

Or our lives don't add up.

Or if we're down and out, and we need answers.

I've been through all that.

God came to rescue me -- from myself.

Wouldn't you rather follow JESUS?

He who has all the answers to your questions?

He who leads you to eternal life?

He who has always loved you?

He who has been faithful -- no matter the gravity of our sins?

He who never changes?

On Micro and Macro Decisions

 

First, what is micro, and what is macro?

Simply explained:

"micro refers to small things and 

macro refers to big things"

(Source: Writing Explained)

Best way to explain, is to enumerate a few.

Micro decisions:

What shall I eat?

What do I watch?

What clothes shall I wear?

Do I go to this event?

What will people think of me?

MACRO decisions:

Shall I ask her out?

Shall I go out with him?

What work shall I do?

What's the meaning of life?

What is TRUTH?

Micro decisions are small decisions that won't break, or make your life too much.

Sure, if you eat too much, or the wrong food, or go to the wrong event, you might feel sick. Sure, some illnesses end up long-term, so we have to be careful.

Or if you choose "inappropriate" clothes, for a supposed "appropriate" event, then people may shun you, and you may care what they think.

But MACRO decisions are life-changing.

If you ask the "right" or "wrong" person out, your life may change.

Because if you happen to really like them, you may just consider having them as a partner for life.

And you don't really know how people are, till you live with them, and that takes time.

There is romance, and then again, there is reality.

That being that, asking a person out, can be life-changing, especially if you go into relationships for the right reasons.

Hopefully, you both have the right reasons.

Work is also a MACRO decision.

If you care where your life and work will be headed, you'll really think about where you'll put your life juices in, for work can be noble, or it can be terrible.

Employers can be that, too.

Same with wages.

But if work is usually at least 1/3 of your daily life, you may want to really think about what work to do, for humans like to be happy.

Contentment is relative.

To each his own.

Asking about the meaning of life is surely a MACRO decision.

When you start asking, there may be no end to it.

In the asking, is the searching, the exploring, the hits, and misses.

In the asking, can lead you to joy, or catastrophe.

Paradoxically, what may seem joyful in the beginning, may bore you.

What may seem catastrophic, may actually turn out to be great.

How does one find out?

Only one way to find out.

Be in it.

And always, be gentle with yourself.

All of us are on the same boat, sometimes paddling, sometimes sleeping (for we all get tired paddling), sometimes finding ourselves in the midst of storms, or sometimes finding ourselves washed ashore.

And yes, some of us drown.

It's always a good idea, and a brave move, to ask about the meaning of life, for life will show you.

But, what is TRUTH?

Ah, now you're really on the boat!

Only thing is, you've got to have gone through the micro, and the MACRO, to get to this point.

For, by then, you're so tired of what people tell you, and nothing seems to work, or you're just demanding to know it all, and PLEASE, can you HAVE an ANSWER??!!

And by that, I mean you REALLY want to KNOW it all, without the attitude.

Now I've come to know TRUTH, only because I chose JESUS nearly 15 months ago.

It's GOD's TRUTH I chose.

I wanted to know EVERYTHING about GOD.

I was tired of the micro.

I wanted the MACRO.

And in that choosing, the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD started teaching me about Jesus.

As an example, He woke me up early today, inspiring me to write this piece.

I prayed for His will, and before that prayer was finished, the LORD inspired me with this article to develop.

I got all excited to do so.

The article is God's; it's not mine.

I merely serve the LORD.

The article practically wrote itself, seamlessly, effortlessly.

That's how it is to work for God.

That's how it is to listen to the Holy Spirit.

That's how it is to follow and BELIEVE in Jesus.

To further support the idea of this article, God led me back to a wonderful story I like on Martha and Mary (also two "M" -- God has humor, and precision, just so you know):

Luke 10:38-42

38 Now it came to pass, 

as they went, 

that he entered into a certain village: 

and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house.

39 And she had a sister called Mary, 

which also sat at Jesus' feet, 

and heard his word.

40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving,

Lord, 

dost thou not care that my sister hath left me to serve alone? 

bid her therefore that she help me.

41 And Jesus answered and said unto her, 

Martha, Martha, 

thou art careful and troubled about many things:

42 But one thing is needful:

 and Mary hath chosen that good part, 

which shall not be taken away from her.

Micro and MACRO.

Martha and MARY.

Pretty easy to remember.

That's how GOD teaches me, for I, too, like humor, and precision.

And this is what I came to know about God:

GOD likes your COMPLETE attention.

2 Set your affection on things above, 

not on things on the earth.

Colossians 3:2

Thus, my decisions come pretty easily, each day.

God will work with who you are, what you are, what you have in your heart, what you're destined for, or what your "calling" may be.

He did CREATE you.

Our complete attention to His WILL and WORD, are gifts back to the LORD.

FOCUS on GOD.

It's the BEST decision you'll EVER make.

God will know what to do with everything you've got in your heart.

Ask Him ALL the questions.

He'll never tire of your curiosity.

But He will tire of your disobedience.

When you've come to know things about God, you will not want to be disobedient anyway.

Take that FIRST step.

Commit to know EVERYTHING about God.

Watch what happens.

A Day in the LIFE of a BELIEVER

 

I believe in Jesus with all my heart.

I believe He is the SON of GOD.

I believe He suffered for us, was crucified, died, was buried, and rose on the THIRD day.

I believe He will RETURN at a time only known to the FATHER.

And thus, we all have to be ready for the Lord -- at ALL times.

We have to have repented, become born-again Christians, and offer our life to the LORD.

Only then will the Spirit of God teach us EVERYTHING about JESUS.

Every day that I study verses from Scripture, really trying to find out EVERYTHING about God, the more understanding is given.

It is the only way I could create blogs, and write the posts, which I share with all of you most every day.

But I am just a child, knowing nothing, but believing EVERYTHING the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD tells me, as He guides me each day as a "workman".

Well, THREE magnificent things happened early this morning:

1. I thought of these DECLARATIONS from JESUS, which had been in my heart for sometime now.

2. I was led by the Holy Spirit of God to a couple of IMPORTANT verses spoken by JESUS about Israel.

3. I was tasked to feature those verses, and in the process, the Holy Spirit led me back to an article I wrote last year, as I was just into my 8th day as a born-again Christian.

The AMAZING thing is that those three things were CONNECTED to each other, about WHEN Jesus will show up in Israel again, and why the Jews are non-believers.

What an AMAZING find for me!

What I really want you to know is that when you LOVE God with all your heart, or are sincere in wanting to know EVERYTHING about Him, He will make sure you do, through JESUS and His Holy Spirit.

Why is Israel so important in these end times?

That's the next step God wants me to explore.

For now, it's time to re-assess your relationship with God.

Search your heart.

How can we not LOVE and HONOR the CREATOR?

How can we not be grateful for the LIFE given?

How can we not acknowledge His GIFT of His SON, Jesus?

How can we not want to know the FACTS about JESUS?

How can we not acknowledge the LOVE, OBEDIENCE, and SACRIFICE of JESUS?

Very strange, indeed.

Why Did God Create Man?

yea, the deep things of God.

Ever wondered why God created man?

Or why He created you?

Well, the thought occurred in me this morning:

"Why did God create man?"

Knowing God, He planted that thought in my mind.

Perhaps, He felt I was ready for the "deep things of God".

And knowing myself, I immediately went a-searchin'.

And in the searchin', was the findin', and the GREAT joy and jubilation at finding a GOLD mine of TRUTH about GOD!

Aha!

This is the objective of this blog, after all.

To search for God's TRUTH alone.

Thanks to the Holy SPIRIT of God, I found these verses, and the purpose to our existence.

Wow!

Deep indeed!

So, here goes...

God created us for these reasons:

1. For His Glory.

Isaiah 43:7 (KJV)

7 Even every one that is called by my name: 

for I have created him for my glory, 

I have formed him; 

yea, I have made him.

2. To Praise Him.

Isaiah 43:21 (KJV)

21 This people have I formed for myself; 

they shall shew forth my praise.

3. To Walk in Good Works, Guided By Jesus.

Ephesians 2:10 (KJV)

10 For we are his workmanship, 

created in Christ Jesus unto good works, 

which God hath before ordained 

that we should walk in them.

4. Created By Him, For Him.

Colossians 1:16 (KJV)

16 For by him were all things created, 

that are in heaven, 

and that are in earth, 

visible and invisible, 

whether they be thrones, 

or dominions, 

or principalities, 

or powers: 

all things were created by him, 

and for him:

5. To Pray to Him.

9. To Seek Him.
