Psalm 90:12

King James Version

12 So teach us to number our days,

that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Do you know where you were, 33 months ago?

I sure did.

On April 2019, there was great distaste in my heart.

I didn't like the way I was living.

I wasn't proud of it.

I wanted change.

My work was not prospering either.

Truth be told, it was nil.

Nothing seemed to work.

It's as if GOD blocked EVERY aspect of my work.

Well, it was old work.

Sales, marketing, communications.

On field.

Online.

Old stuff.

Not being able to make sense of things, I kept praying.

What was His will?

What was His truth?

Please, can I have an answer, soon?

My finances were in a terrible state.

Surely, there was an answer somewhere.

What wasn't I getting?

What did I fail to perceive?

Why did my brain feel foggy?

What did God want me to know?

How was change to come about?

That April, I soul searched.

As if I hadn't been doing that regularly.

For decades.

Well, that April, I dove even deeper.

Finding no answer of my own, I raised my hands in surrender.

I was totally lost.

Kaput.

I'm out of answers.

I'm out of solutions.

I was in a desert.

Roaming around in circles.

My heart cried out to the LORD:

2 Chronicles 7:14

King James Version

14 If my people,

which are called by my name,

shall humble themselves,

and pray,

and seek my face,

and turn from their wicked ways;

then will I hear from heaven,

and will forgive their sin,

and will heal their land.

I wanted to change.

I wanted to have no part of sin.

I surrendered to God's will.

Seems to be all that God needed to know.

Did God show up right away?

Nope.

Took another five months wherein He led me to two prophetic videos.

Those videos woke me up, triggering something in me.

On the very same day, GOD made me born again.

Now, I knew the reason for roaming -- seeming aimlessly -- in the desert.

Only JESUS could lift the veil.

2 Corinthians 3:14

King James Version

14 But their minds were blinded

for until this day remaineth

the same vail untaken away

in the reading of the old testament

which vail is done away in Christ.

Those videos alerted me to something God wanted me to know.

The sinfulness of man.

The lust for things of the world.

The pride.

The ego.

Not seeking God.

Not believing in Jesus.

We're all part, and parcel, of those sins.

How man sinned in America, was echoed everywhere else.

No way could we keep sinning, without God enforcing justice.

On the very same day, He converted me.

I started reading the Bible.

Something I never did before.

Even as I'd read hundreds of books.

Boy, the words popped out like life!

I began reading the four gospels, wanting to know what Jesus said.

And I began taking notes of verses that called to me.

The first two verses in Genesis captivated me:

Genesis 1:1-2

King James Version

1 In the beginning

God created the heaven and the earth.

2 And the earth was without form,

and void;

and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

And the Spirit of God moved

upon the face of the waters.

The dawn of a new day beckoned.

That paved the way for everything afterwards.

How EASY it was for me to UNDERSTAND God's WORD!

Where before, the Bible intimidated me, that day, it became clear as the light of day.

Of course, I eventually learned from Scripture, that it was the Holy Spirit that made things easy to understand.

Especially to those who had a childlike heart, which I've always had.

Then the books came.

And the blogs followed.

And I haven't stopped writing since.

As I wrote each article, SPIRIT helped me figure things out.

Leading me ever deeper into  Scripture.

It had to be GOD's WORD, or nothing.

It was my meditation, day and night.

Psalm 119:97

King James Version

97 O how love I thy law!

it is my meditation all the day.

Most importantly, four months after God made me born again, Jesus called my attention to the Rapture on 14 January 2020.

It became the main basis, for all the writing I do.

That JESUS can have His faithful meet Him up in the air.

Any moment GOD chooses to.

And that I alert you to what SPIRIT told me:

"That all men may know the BIBLE,

and live by it."

To know God, know the Bible.

For the Lord's day is at hand.

As apostle Peter said:

Acts 3:19

King James Version

19 Repent ye therefore,

and be converted,

that your sins may be blotted out,

when the times of refreshing shall come

from the presence of the Lord.

The veil has been lifted for me.

What about you?

Still living in a fog?

Time to wake up now.

Call upon GOD.

He will lead you to JESUS.

Through His SPIRIT.

Matthew 17:5

King James Version

5 While he yet spake,

behold,

a bright cloud overshadowed them:

and behold a voice out of the cloud,

which said

This is my beloved Son,

in whom I am well pleased;

hear ye him.

The EDUCATION we NEED to have

Nothing is ever wasted;

it's all foundation.

Ever liked school?

What are your thoughts about school?

Parents are adamant we go to school.

It's for our future, they say.

They work real hard, so we won't be marginalized.

Maybe, they suffered that, that's why.

First time in school, we get nervous.

Are people gonna be kind?

Can we still play?

As the years go by, we warm up to it.

We even start enjoying the new stuff we get -- new pad paper, pencils, crayons, sharpeners, erasers, bag, lunch.

We sniff the aromatic erasers, oily crayons, new pad papers, even the lead on our Mongol pencils.

One would think they're teaching us to be bloodhounds in school.

Not so.

Maybe, it's also my way to like school -- getting the new stuff, and all that.

We get to know other kids, and make new friends.

Some like us; some don't.

We get a taste of how life is outside of our homes.

Teachers are either kind, strict, tired, or bored.

We go through the whole process for the first two decades of our lives.

More, if we pursue higher learning.

As we get older, the questions begin:

Does education ensure a better future?

Do we become better people for it?

Did we learn relevant stuff?

Is it everything people told us about?

Is it everything we expected?

Is it at all necessary?

Is education exciting?

Are schools exciting?

Do we really learn?

What did we learn?

I got a B.S., eventually.

Nope, it's not THAT B.S.

It was hard-earned B.S. in Architecture.

Five, long years.

Taught me cool stuff.

Knowledge was transferred into many other jobs I did.

Influenced the way I thought, wrote, taught, conducted myself.

Precision became key.

What about you?

What did you take up?

Did you finish?

Did you like school?

Were you able to go to school?

What did your parents think of school?

Did they have an education, too?

What is education to you?

Were people kind?

Would you have your kids go to school?

What would you want them to take up?

Would they have a say in it?

How has the world changed?

Did schools evolve, to go along with that change?

Are schools getting better?

Are kids still interested in school?

What are kids interested in, now?

Do your kids listen to you?

Do your students listen to you?

Do you like listening to your professors?

What could be better taught?

What's missing?

Since this is a blog on God, I shall talk about what's missing.

GOD.

Because I got into Catholic schools, naturally, I was taught doctrine throughout.

We also studied "world religions".

Then when I got to travel a bit, I saw that for myself.

Art, culture, religion, commerce.

More new stuff.

Did studies of my own, searching for something elusive.

I wanted God's TRUTH.

Was the Bible HIS Truth?

Was the Bible complete?

Did people leave out stuff?

Did the translators get it right?

I do have a lot of questions, don't I?

Well, as a graduate of Architecture, I worked as a journalist (astounding, isn't it), thus, the questions.

Became editor, lecturer, entrepreneur, and too many other jobs in between.

What was I doing, doing all that?

Educating myself.

Loved studying, you know.

School taught you one thing.

Life taught you another.

It's up to us to sift the wheat, from the chaff.

The essential, from the non-essential.

Did you get to do that, too?

Was it a pleasant experience for you?

Or you could barely talk about it?

Did you get the education you need?

Was life kind?

Or was it harsh?

Were you kind?

Or were you harsh?

School. Life. God.

Teachers, parents, siblings, friends, Jesus, the Holy Spirit in the midst.

Where does one get the best education, ever?

I must say it's from the HOLY SPIRIT of GOD.

Jesus promised:

John 14:26

King James Version

26 But the Comforter,

which is the Holy Ghost,

whom the Father will send in my name,

he shall teach you all things,

and bring all things to your remembrance,

whatsoever I have said unto you.

When God made me born again - only He could convert me, btw -- I headed for the Bible.

Threw away ALL other books I'd been studying.

The HOLY SPIRIT filled that missing link.

The best teacher is the ONE who breathed life into us.

Genesis 2:7

King James Version

7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground,

and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;

and man became a living soul.

Finally, I knew what life meant.

I knew what I was on earth for.

I knew whom to follow.

I knew what to believe.

I knew who to trust.

I knew what to teach.

My education is complete.

I just await my Teacher, who I will meet up in the air, in a changed body.

But first, I need to be sanctified.

Of all the world's dross.

Can't meet my ultimate teacher as I am.

There's still stuff to do.

I'm on it.

The Ideal Way of Life

1 Blessed is the man

that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly,

nor standeth in the way of sinners,

nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

2 But his delight is in the law of the Lord;

and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water,

that bringeth forth his fruit in his season;

his leaf also shall not wither;

and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

Psalm 1:1-3

King James Version

What would be the ideal way of life for you?

Only you can answer that.

And only God would know what your real answers are.

You answer to the LORD alone.

For myself, since I've committed my life to Jesus, I found that a simple life -- simpler than I already have been living -- works for me.

The only objective, being to be able to focus completely on the Lord.

Fortunately, I've always been a person who can sit quietly, alone, for hours on end, not looking to occupy myself with things of the world.

My whole life seems to be cut out for simplicity, solitude, and study.

God also gave me a life filled with myriad challenges, which have taught me much.

I chose to let it teach me, and I must say it's a wonderful feeling to "reverse" thinking.

Where it would break other people, I chose that it teach me instead.

You have to believe in something GREATER than yourself, so you can keep going.

And I always sought the SUPERLATIVE -- the greatest.

Who better than to focus on GOD, the mighty, and powerful God of my childhood, and practically all my life!

God trained my heart, mind, body, and spirit to serve Him, even as errors from the past had to be brought to His Son, Jesus, for forgiveness.

But peace reigns in my heart now, more than ever.

A person used to solitude, and thinking independently of others, doesn't need much to live on.

And when you serve Christ, aiming to follow His Will, making sure you get things right, the joy is immeasurable.

It is not difficult to follow Christ, for throughout my life, I've questioned the nonsensical demands of the world.

I would often question its ways, and wonder how people could live comfortably, and refuse to see the plight of their less fortunate brothers and sisters.

Because of my love for low-cost housing, I researched on alternative ways of building homes for people in my country.

A lady lawmaker was even ready to fund my ideas for her province, but I suppose, I wasn't ready then.

What I do have are ideas, and research.

And perhaps, I have the heart to fulfill those, at a time God chooses, and in a manner He sees fit.

But no sooner.

Had I been ready then, I would have poured my whole life into it.

But God knew I still had much to learn in life, and the lessons continued.

Somehow, I knew that I would teach.

I knew that I would also write.

I was always cut out for both.

God also created me to teach and write differently.

He knew I liked to simplify things, for I didn't believe in wasting other people's time, nor confusing people.

I had respect for the intelligence of people.

I also knew I would not get rich, in the worldly sense of the word.

I questioned too much.

I was not a "player", who would follow blindly.

Perhaps, you are the same?

Are you the type to question the "system"?

I'm glad.

God likes people who set out for TRUTH.

God likes people who care.

I know that if we all took it upon our hearts to love each other, with God in our hearts, there would be no hunger, poverty, misery, and crime.

When I became a follower of Jesus last year, all my thoughts and feelings were further reinforced, that the fallen one has really made sure people forgot God.

This enemy of Christ made sure people were distracted with material things, and that their hearts, minds, bodies, and spirits were distorted -- and farthest away from God.

But Jesus is the LIGHT of the world.

When your heart awakens, you will surely seek HIM.

And when you find Him, you will forever be changed.

You will know how to live, how to love, how to serve, how to worship, how to pray.

The Holy Spirit of God will show you everything you need to know, in order to survive in this fallen world.

You will be mocked, tested, doubted, maybe even impoverished, but keep strong.

The LORD has your back.

Better than that, He's got your heart, and you have HIS.

That's the ideal way to live.

A New Life With JESUS

23 Being born again,
not of corruptible seed,
but of incorruptible,
by the word of God,
which liveth and abideth for ever.

1 Peter 1:23
King James Version

We were all born into ignorance.

We all think the world is the best there is.

How wrong we all were.

The BEST thing that ever happened to me is JESUS.

A year ago, today, I became a year older, but became blessed by the presence of the Lord Jesus.

Never again was I going to be ignorant.

All the education, wealth, and prestige in the world don't have Jesus in it.

If it did, the world would be kind.

We can all try to be kind, but unless the Holy SPIRIT of God explains things to us, we have incomplete knowledge of the things above.

Unless our hearts are open to Jesus, we cannot be given the Holy Spirit by God.

Our true birth comes from Jesus alone.

Unless we have been born of water and spirit, we are not born into Christ.

We'd be like any other human, who doesn't know Jesus.

But if we choose to know Jesus, wanting to be saved from our corruptible hearts, we become His own.

Why is it important to know Jesus?

Why do you need oxygen?

Knowing Jesus is like breathing.

Without Jesus, without His Words feeding us, keeping us safe from the devil's snare, we'd die, not having known the might, love, and glory of God, the FATHER.

Only through Jesus can we live a life worthy of God, the Creator.

The world will make sure you'd be lost, distracted, ignorant, unloved, but the Lord JESUS gives you the exact opposite of all that.

You'd be found, focused, knowledgeable, and loved.

So, I offer this new year added to my life, to the TRIUNE God.

-- To the FATHER, for creating me.

-- To the SON, for loving me.

-- To the HOLY SPIRIT, for teaching me.

The idea of life, is to be taught, by the most trusted TEACHER of All, the Holy SPIRIT of God.

Then, you will know who God is, who Jesus is, who the Holy Spirit is, who you are, what you are, what your mission is, why we are all the way we are, and what the future holds, no matter what the world may make us believe.

You will also learn to love, and to do all things with LOVE, because Jesus taught you.

Only through the Holy SPIRIT of God can we know all these things, as it is His TASK to teach us.

The only question is, "Is your heart open?"

It's been a year for me, studying Jesus' words, knowing more about Scripture, trying to understand Bible Prophecy, and listening to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

I have a long way to go.

But, at least, I took that first step.

I look forward to forever with Jesus.

I cannot live without Jesus, anymore.

If you are curious to know how it feels, all you have to do is look into your heart, and see if what the world has offered you gives you lasting joy, serenity, comfort, and "security".

Has it made you a better person?

Who's to judge if you've become a better person?

If there's an emptiness, or lots of questions in your heart, then you are ready to know JESUS.

Speak to Him, just as you are.

He knows your heart, anyway.

Make room for JESUS.

In my case, He IS the WHOLE mansion.

I had been trained in Architecture, but no way can I build such a house.

Only GOD could.

P.S. I really must be doing something right, for God seems to like this new post again -- echoing my very own thoughts, especially the last four sentences I'd written. Look what Bible Gateway's "Verse of the Day" reveals today -- amazing!

Jesus answered and said unto him,
If a man love me,
he will keep my words:
and my Father will love him,
and we will come unto him,
and make our abode with him.

John 14:23 KJV

On Being a NEW Person in CHRIST

17 Therefore if any man be in Christ,
he is a new creature:
old things are passed away;
behold,
all things are become new.

2 Corinthians 5:17
King James Version

A year ago today, the SPIRIT of the LORD touched my soul, and I was never the same again.

I had become a new person, in JESUS.

Things of God were the only things that mattered.

And how exquisite the timing was!

For the world was to turn darker than it already had.

God took mercy upon my tenacious soul, which kept asking Him to please reveal His TRUTH to me.

It had been my fervent prayer, and last year, God felt it was time for the Holy Spirit to start instructing me.

He knew this imperfect being relentlessly searched for Him, thus, the creation of this blog in 2018, and many other blogs after that.

I was searching for the CORE of my being, and in the process, was led back to GOD, through JESUS, and the Holy SPIRIT, who was the TEACHER of ALL Things.

The Holy SPIRIT led me to BIBLE verses I needed to know, from which I took down notes, my soul leading me particularly to the WORDS of Jesus in the Four Gospels, to the beginning of CREATION in Genesis, and the END times in the Book of Revelation.

I don't know how your path and education will be, if you give your heart to Jesus, but this was how God wanted mine.

Night and day, the articles called to me, with specific titles forming in my heart.

I aimed to be perfectly-attuned to CHRIST, and the lessons were intense, as if making up for lost time.

Every time I felt like writing something, I'd merely pray to Jesus to tell me what He wanted written.

Most of the time, the articles were just THERE.

And I merely let the Holy SPIRIT of God lead me to the PERFECT verse.

God knew I liked precision.

But who could be more precise than GOD?

I was a mere scribe, a dutiful daughter, a repentant soul, a child learning the ways of God, a person wanting to be with GOD forever.

But to know God, one must follow Jesus.

And to follow Jesus, one must be instructed by the Holy Spirit alone.

It was the best education, no school could ever give.

We all need this SPIRITUAL education, straight from the Holy SPIRIT of God.

All other education comes from the world, and the world is not of God.

Fortunately, God took pity upon my persistent and penitent soul, and thought it was time to teach me.

And now?

Here I am before you, a year into my instruction from the Holy SPIRIT, and through the GRACE and GUIDANCE of the LORD.

I also thank Dr. David R. Reagan for those eye-opening, prophetic videos which INSTANTLY led me to become a born-again Christian, and to Joseph, my Bible teacher, who patiently helped for many years, gently guiding me through the verses.

I am a baby that could easily be plucked from God's Hands, but of course, God won't allow that.

One prayer to JESUS is all it takes to be brought back into God's arms, I assure you of that.

How the fallen one wishes to mock God, plucking a soul being saved, from His loving arms.

Listen to what JESUS says here:

29 My Father,
which gave them me,
is greater than all;
and no man is able to pluck them
out of my Father's hand.

John 10:29
King James Version

Can you feel the IMMENSITY of that statement?

But the fallen one will keep trying, forever waiting in ambush, that my soul, and your soul, be forever destroyed.

Of course, I don't wish that, so I stay closest to JESUS, more than ever.

The LORD has shown Himself several times in my dreams many years ago, in many various ways, as if in invitation, and holding out a promise in that LIGHT-filled doorway, of which He was my "landlord".

I don't belong to this land.

I belong to JESUS alone.

This first year as a born-again Christian will lead to many more years, until I am worthy of the Lord.

All I've learned the past year, I've shared with you in my blogs, making sure I don't mislead you.

By the GRACE of God, I won't.

I have no other focus but GOD.

He is the CORE of my being.

As He is yours.

It's time for you to seek Him with all your heart, and have nothing to do with the soul-destroying ways of the world.

God was your beginning, for He created you.

God must be your ending, for He waits for you.

Cast your cares upon JESUS.

You belong to Jesus.

22 Cast thy burden upon the Lord,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Psalm 55:22
King James Version

And thus, I look forward to more of JESUS in my heart.

Jesus is the ONLY way back to God.

Following the BEAT of God's DRUM

Very strange.

First, the Holy SPIRIT of God leads me to this article's title, which beats strongly in my heart.

Then, not knowing what would come next, but trying to search for an appropriate verse, as I normally do, to accompany an image to the article, none was "offered".

I close my eyes, momentarily.

Four words surface:

Faith.
Love.
Joy.
Obedience.

In that order.

Huh?

Where'd that come from?

As if my mind had a mind of its own.

Oh, but of course, I belong to God now.

God does the thinking.

He plants the seeds in my mind.

Then I search for the PERFECT verse.

But today, nothing was forthcoming -- no verse -- except those four words.

Faith. Love. Joy. Obedience.

Normally, if I'm not fast enough -- for SPIRIT is FAST -- and I don't write the "prompts" down, I lose the thread.

But this time, the thread was a thick ROPE!

It held on strong in my mind, so I wouldn't forget.

SPIRIT made sure.

So, those four words are the BEAT of God's DRUM -- the things He likes.

He wanted me to know that.

Faith. Love. Joy. Obedience.

Not difficult to understand, right?

FAITH, is trusting God with all your heart.

LOVE, is giving your whole heart to the Creator.

JOY, is being happy serving the Lord.

OBEDIENCE, is simply following the Commandments.

Even a child could remember all that.

Well, God knows my heart, and He knows I don't like complicated.

He knows I wish to share EVERYTHING of Him, with you, in a way ALL can understand.

The BEAT of God's DRUM, is the way to His heart.

Faith. Love. Joy. Obedience.

Jesus showed us how.

It's time we be worthy of our Creator.

He's waited long enough.

Why Did God Create Man?

10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:
for the Spirit searcheth all things,
yea, the deep things of God.
1 Corinthians 2:10
King James Version

Ever wondered why God created man?

Or why He created you?

Well, the thought occurred in me this morning:

"Why did God create man?"

Knowing God, He planted that thought in my mind.

Perhaps, He felt I was ready for the "deep things of God".

And knowing myself, I immediately went a-searchin'.

And in the searchin', was the findin', and the GREAT joy and jubilation at finding a GOLD mine of TRUTH about GOD!

Aha!

This is the objective of this blog, after all.

To search for God's TRUTH alone.

Thanks to the Holy SPIRIT of God, I found these verses, and the purpose to our existence.

Wow!

Deep indeed!

So, here goes...

God created us for these reasons:

1. For His Glory.
Isaiah 43:7 (KJV)
7 Even every one that is called by my name:
for I have created him for my glory
I have formed him;
yea, I have made him.

2. To Praise Him.
Isaiah 43:21 (KJV)
21 This people have I formed for myself;
they shall shew forth my praise.

3. To Walk in Good Works, Guided By Jesus.
Ephesians 2:10 (KJV)
10 For we are his workmanship,
created in Christ Jesus unto good works,
which God hath before ordained
that we should walk in them.

4. Created By Him, For Him.
Colossians 1:16 (KJV)
16 For by him were all things created,
that are in heaven,
and that are in earth,
visible and invisible
whether they be thrones,
or dominions,
or principalities,
or powers:
all things were created by him,
and for him:

5. To Pray to Him.
Jeremiah 29:11-12 (KJV)
11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,
saith the Lord,
thoughts of peace,
and not of evil,
to give you an expected end.
12 Then shall ye call upon me,
and ye shall go and pray unto me,
and I will hearken unto you.

6. To be His People.
Leviticus 26:12 (KJV)
12 And I will walk among you,
and will be your God,
and ye shall be my people.

7. That He May Be All in All.
1 Corinthians 15:27-28 (KJV)
27 For he hath put all things under his feet.
But when he saith all things are put under him,
it is manifest that he is excepted,
which did put all things under him.
28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him,
then shall the Son also himself be subject
unto him that put all things under him,
that God may be all in all.

8. To Be Sheep of His Pasture.
Psalm 100:3 (KJV)
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God:
it is he that hath made us
and not we ourselves;
we are his people,
and the sheep of his pasture.

9. To Seek Him.
Acts 17:27 (KJV)
27 That they should seek the Lord
if haply they might feel after him,
and find him,
though he be not far from every one of us:

10. To Love Him.
Matthew 22:37-38 (KJV)
37 Jesus said unto him,
Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,
and with all thy soul,
and with all thy mind.
38 This is the first and great commandment

My Work as Writer and Warrior For God

14 Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
15 That ye may be blameless and harmless,
the sons of God,
without rebuke,
in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation,
among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
16 Holding forth the word of life;
that I may rejoice in the day of Christ,
that I have not run in vain,
neither laboured in vain.

Philippians 2:14-16
King James Version

I love my work -- writing for God.

But I didn't know I was a warrior for God, too.

Joseph, my Bible teacher, pointed that out to me.

And it made me cry.

When something is so powerful -- from the Holy Spirit -- you recognize it.

And if your heart is true, you'd know, and you'd surely cry, too.

The things of the SPIRIT are powerful.

Your feelings, when moved by the Holy Spirit of God, signify your authenticity as a servant of the LORD.

I serve God.

I follow Jesus.

I am being instructed by the Holy Spirit of God each day.

The Holy Spirit teaches me everything about Jesus.

Jesus teaches me everything about God.

God gave us the Holy Spirit, to teach us about Jesus.

Can you see how it all works?

It's always full circle with the TRIUNE God.

God, the FATHER;
God, the SON;
God, the HOLY SPIRIT.

In school, they didn't elaborate about the Triune God.

Understandable, for it can be complex.

It's only when I became a born-again Christian, studying the verses the Holy Spirit of God would lead me to, that I began to piece the puzzle, and establish the BEAUTIFUL connection among all of them.

Then, my work blossomed.

I began to know who I really am, what I really was, what I needed to do, who I needed to serve, who to believe, who to trust, and what to work on.

God knows I like to self-study, so He worked with what He had given me.

He created me in the first place.

He knew what I was all about.

He knew how my life would be.

He knew how I'd turn out.

But He allowed me my choices.

Often, it was those wrong choices, that built strength, character, and perseverance -- testing the mettle of your spirit -- only if you'd allow it to.

Strangely, wrongful choices teach one the most.

He knew I was His own, but I had to go through so much challenges, so many errors, so many revelatory dreams, so much preparation, for my work to be established.

Forged by fire, my heart of steel melts in God's hands.

He knew my difficult life, was going to serve the work I was purposed to do for Him.

I chose Him, above everything else the world had to offer.

And I stood by it, for the longest time.

The riches of the world are temporary, and don't fill my heart.

If anything, they endanger my soul.

So, the decision was pretty easy.

I write about the GLORY of God.

I write about the GIFTS of the Holy Spirit.

I write about the MAGNIFICENCE of Jesus.

I write about Bible PROPHECY.

I write about SPIRITUAL warfare.

I write about SCRIPTURE.

I write about REPENTANCE.

I write about the NEW Jerusalem.

I write about COMPASSION.

And all these I share with whoever cares to listen, with whoever's heart stirs for the LORD.

God lives in you.

How can He not?

He breathed life in you.

"And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground,
and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life;
and man became a living soul."

Genesis 2:7
King James Version

And now, that life is being snuffed out of us, by the enemies of Christ, in more ways than you can imagine, we followers of Jesus must pay more attention to the workings of the Holy SPIRIT, and hold fast to JESUS.

As always, the enemy's objective is mockery of God.

They cannot stand the PERFECTION of the LORD.

Thus, I quadruple my work.

And I put on my spiritual armor.

Yes, perhaps, I am a warrior for God, after all.

The Promises of Jesus

11 For the Son of man is come
to save that which was lost.

Matthew 18:11
King James Version

Those were Jesus' words to His disciples.

That means, we, the lost, have got hope.

Jesus came to the world to save the lost ones.

That's why He spoke in parables, so we may understand His teachings.

Those who are not hard of heart, nor hearing, invite the Holy SPIRIT of God to teach them.

Those who are not "wise to the world" happily make room for Christ in their hearts.

There's a beautiful section in the Bible, even as it was during the crucifixion of Christ.

One "malefactor" was nailed to the cross, and listen to what he asks of Jesus, even as his other companion grumbled and challenged the LORDship of Jesus:

42 And he said unto Jesus,
Lord,
remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
43 And Jesus said unto him,
Verily I say unto thee,
Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Luke 23:42-43
King James Version

That's the promise of JESUS.

That we shall enter His kingdom, if we believe in Him.

And that's also what He likes.

That we believe in Him, that we humble ourselves before Him -- as He has humbled Himself before the FATHER.

But we have to have the heart of a child, believing and trusting in God completely.

Only through such humility, such eagerness to know the words of Christ, can we have a chance of being with Him for eternity.

Look what He tells His disciples:

3 And said,
Verily I say unto you,
Except ye be converted,
and become as little children,
ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 18:3
King James Version

Jesus is the "door" of the sheep.

We are the sheep.

Listen to His Promises:

9 I am the door:
by me if any man enter in,
he shall be saved,
and shall go in and out,
and find pasture.

John 10:9
King James Version

God was very clear about His Son's purpose on earth.

Let Jesus tell you Himself:

17 For God sent not his Son into the world
to condemn the world;
but that the world through him might be saved.

John 3:17
King James Version

What more would it take for us to give our lives to the LORD, when He has given His life for us -- that we may all be saved?

We may have fallen, and gotten up, and fallen again, but if we give our heart to the LORD, we will be instructed by the Holy SPIRIT, and we will live right.

We will live by Scripture.

Jesus waits for such followers.

Are you such a follower?
